How long does delivery take?
We prepare every order with care and share the delivery details as soon as it leaves us.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free above the amount shown in your cart. Below it, a flat rate appears at checkout before you pay — never a surprise fee at the door.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? Contact us and we will guide you through the return.
How do I find the right origin?
Each product page carries a guide with tasting notes and origin details. Between two similar origins, choose the one that speaks to you — exchanges are free, so there is no risk in trying.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are encrypted end to end and your card details are never stored on our side.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within one hour of ordering. Reply to your confirmation email with the change and we will update it before it is packed. After that, a free return does the same job.
